Project Aslan is an open-source software package designed to lower the barriers to entry and support the development of low-speed, urban autonomous vehicles. Aslan, which is designed to support faster development workflows while also ensuring system reliability and redundancy, comes with an integrated Gazebo simulation model and a variety of features including mapping, route planning, object detection data manipulation, visualization, and GUI-based deployment. The project is based on the ROS (Robot Operating System) framework.
