Whereas Python is often used for modeling and analysis, other languages – like Javascript – are more commonly used for web development. To enable Python developers to write Python in the browser, Anaconda has released PyScript. With PyScript, users write and run Python code in HTML. PyScript includes three primary components: py-env defines the packages required to run Python code; py-script is where users write familiar Python code that is executed in the webpage, and py-repl creates a REPL component to evaluate user code and display results.
