PyTorch Geometric (PyG) is a geometric deep learning extension library for PyTorch containing implementations of methods for deep learning on graphs and other irregular structures from research publications. Most of these methods operate on graphs with a fixed topology and where the node features and labels are static. In contrast, PyTorch Geometric Temporal extends PyTorch Geometric with methods for dynamic and temporal geometric deep learning, embedding, and spatio-temporal regression methods. It also includes a dataset loader, train-test splitter, and temporal snapshot iterator for dynamic and temporal graphs.
