I was born and raised in Napa along with four generations of my family. Just like any small town my parents grew up a block away from each other, and I went to the same elementary, middle and high school as my parents and grandmother.
Growing up in a small town that’s very community-oriented it taught me the importance of making connections and building meaningful relationships. It also taught me the importance of establishing and maintaining a positive reputation.
Even as a little kid, I always knew I wanted to work in a big, open office. Warm and welcoming environments are important to me, especially in professional settings.
I joined Amplify because I knew I could trust the team and I genuinely enjoyed spending time with everyone. I’m constantly inspired by the work Amplify does in finding great companies to work with and helping them build incredible products.
My job at Amplify is to keep the San Francisco office running as smoothly and sanely as possible. I make sure visitors always feel welcomed and our partners are continually supported.
I strive to be our founders’ go-to person, i.e. a trusted liaison between them and Amplify. I’m 100% on the entrepreneur’s side and enjoy working as an extension of their team.
I’m a very friendly, bubbly and welcoming person. I love finding ways to optimize things and make tasks like scheduling easier and more effective.
My favorite thing about working at Amplify is getting to meet all of the different companies we work with. They’re all so passionate and have such game-changing ideas — it’s inspiring.
Whether I’m hiking in Marin County, going to the beach or spending time in Tahoe, I love being outdoors. Pilates keeps me sane. Unlike other workouts, it demands total and constant focus. Pilates literally got me back on my feet after I broke my back when I was 16 years old. I’ve been an instructor for 10 years and a couple of years ago started teaching privately.
